Yes. Everything is hand-poured and crafted in small batches right here in Texas.

Burn time varies by size, but caring for your candle correctly makes it last significantly longer. See the Candle Care section below for tips that help you get the most hours out of every candle.

On your first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the vessel — usually two to four hours. Soy has a "memory," so a full first melt pool prevents tunneling and helps the candle burn evenly for its whole life.

Yes. Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before every burn. This gives you a cleaner, steadier flame, reduces soot, and prevents the flame from getting too large.

Always burn your candle on a heat-safe surface and never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep it away from drafts, children, and pets, and don't burn for more than four hours at a time. Stop burning once about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom.

Place the reeds in the bottle and let them absorb the oil. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the scent — the more often you flip, the stronger the throw. Set your diffuser on a stable surface away from direct sunlight, and avoid getting the oil on finished or painted surfaces.

Hang it from your rearview mirror and enjoy. Scent throw is strongest at first and mellows over time. Keep the diffuser off your dashboard and upholstery, since the oil can affect some surfaces.

Shipping is free on all orders over $45. Orders under $45 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. We ship via UPS Ground, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within a couple of business days, email us at mitchelllifestyleco@gmail.com and we'll help.

Because we ship quickly, reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Email mitchelllifestyleco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes out.

Orders shipped into the European Union include a 14-day cooling-off period (see returns below). For questions about shipping to a specific country, email us at mitchelllifestyleco@gmail.com before ordering.

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Email us at mitchelllifestyleco@gmail.com to begin. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email mitchelllifestyleco@gmail.com and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards can't be returned. We also can't accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable items. If you're unsure about a specific product, just ask and we'll help.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at mitchelllifestyleco@gmail.com.
